What:

Experts will weigh in on highly relevant topics, including clinical trials, artificial intelligence, diversity efforts, mental health, telehealth, and staff burnout at the three-day annual conference hosted by the National Comprehensive Cancer Network® (NCCN®). The hybrid event offers many choices, often each timeslot will have two sessions, one on a clinical topic and one on best practices in delivery of care. Starting with the NCCN 2025 Nursing Program on Thursday, March 27, the agenda will include hereditary syndromes and financial toxicity.

Featuring:

  • Clinical Updates: Hear from the experts behind the evidence-based, consensus-driven NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology (NCCN Guidelines®) for treating numerous cancer types, including colorectal, lung, prostate, multiple myeloma, gastrointestinal, gynecologic, and head and neck cancers.
  • Clinical Trials: Sessions focus on how to expand the reach of cancer clinical trials for underserved communities from both a clinical and policy perspective—plus how to do more with less and how to enhance clinical trial accrual.
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Oncology: A plenary session explores risks and safeguards for protecting patients and addressing ethical concerns—plus new information on evaluation tools and models for optimizing use.
  • Genetics/Hereditary Risk: Experts review the recently-expanded recommendations for hereditary syndromes associated with cancer and cutting-edge approaches for cancer prevention and treatment in this rapidly-evolving field.
  • Mental Health: A plenary session spotlights ways to identify and treat mental health concerns for people with cancer. An additional peer-to-peer fishbowl session opens a dialogue about building a toolbox for providers to improve mental health.
  • Immunotherapy: Explore the impact of immune checkpoint inhibitors and how to recognize and manage any toxicities that arise.
  • More than 250 Poster Presentations featuring original, high-impact research. In-person attendees will also have the opportunity to join expert-led tours of the posters.
  • Peer-to-Peer Discussion and other opportunities to connect with leading oncology experts through a new series of in-person-only fishbowl sessions and other activities.
