Established in 1998, NCCN Continuing Education is dedicated to advancing the knowledge and skills of the oncology care team through high-quality, evidence-based education. As a jointly accredited provider of continuing education for physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals, we develop programs that enhance clinical expertise, promote adherence to the latest guidelines, and improve patient outcomes.
Our goal is to foster interprofessional collaboration by delivering innovative learning opportunities that address the evolving landscape of oncology care. Through live programs (both in-person and virtual), on-demand activities, journal learning, training simulators, and point-of-care education, we empower health care providers to stay at the forefront of cancer treatment and management.
Mission
The mission of NCCN’s Continuing Education Program is to improve patient outcomes by educating the interprofessional oncology care team on the application of evidence-based medicine and adherence to clinical practice guidelines and providing the tools necessary to improve and facilitate quality, effective, equitable, and accessible cancer care so all patients can live better lives.
